Alice Koechlin

Alice Koechlin grew up in Saint-Étienne, France, and graduated in Bioinformatics and Modelling at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) of Lyon in 2010, obtaining an engineering diploma (Master in Science and Technology). She undertook her end of curriculum internships in international and multidisciplinary environments at the International Agency for Research on Cancer and at the Department of Ecology and Evolution of University of Lausanne (Switzerland). Alice Koechlin is a Research Officer at the International Prevention Research Institute. She concurrently conducts a PhD with the University of Strathclyde (Scotland) on statistical methods for meta-analyses in epidemiological studies. Besides her PhD project, she participates in collaboration projects with Vietnam, Laos and Cambodian cancer centres. She is also involved in research projects in pharmacoepidemiology, more precisely in post-marketing studies of drugs used for multiple sclerosis patients.
